A Hero Packed Weekend

This weekend has definitely been a hero packed weekend, with more to come! First we got the Season 5 premiere of Star Wars: The Clone Wars
Then in DC Nation we got  a new episode of Green Lantern: The Animated Series and Young Justice

But the real highlight of Saturday was the series premiere of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, with the 1 hour series premiere. The show is awesome so far. It has that Teen Titans/Ultimate Spider-Man kind feel.  The show slightly goes back to 80's TV Show, with a remade 80's theme song, and it has the fact that Splinter was once human. And in this show April O'Neil is a teen, and Donatello has a crush on her. Also Robot and Monster's Joshua Sternin and J.R. Ventimillia works on the show
And this morning in Inside Marvel Universe, We get a new Ultimate Spider-Man, and The Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes. 3 people return, Doc Ock in Ultimate Spider-Man,  Bucky (Winter Solider), and the Red Skull!

Inside Marvel Universe

Disney XD's new block "Inside Marvel Universe" launched today. It was awesome! It's like Cartoon Network's DC Nation. It was Marvel Mash-Up, where they mash up clips of Marvel Shows, Marvel news and more! So, the block started off with the series premiere of  "Ultimate Spider-Man". The show is full of action, but also full of comedy. Check out some pictures:
Then it was the Season 2 premiere of "The Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes". Some of the Characters have taken the "Ultimate" comics look. In the season finale of season 1, Captain America was kidnapped by the Skrulls and replaced by a Skrull so now The Avengers don't suspect that's no the real Captain America. In the Season premiere, The Avengers aid the Fantastic Four to stop Doctor Doom.
More tomorrow!

Cartoon Planet is Back/Inside Marvel Universe

Cartoon Network has brought back "Cartoon Planet"! Cartoon Planet first aired on Cartoon Network & TBS in the '90's and was taken off air in 2000. The show was hosted by Space Ghost, Brak, & Zorak. Now CN has brought it back, airing CN classics like Cow & Chicken, Ed Edd n Eddy, Dexter's Laboratory, and more! The New version is hosted by Brak & Zorak (sadly Space Ghost is not returning due to George Lowes retiring from his role as Space Ghost). Here's a the new logo:
It's pretty cool. The showed a lot of CN classic show last night. It's something we've been waiting for. Here's the first new promo from the show:
Also, tomorrow is the launch of Disney XD's new "Inside Marvel Universe" block. With the premieres of "Ultimate Spider-Man" & Season 2 of "The Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes". It's also gonna be pretty good. Check out this picture:
